Ruby's Vintage Inspired Nursery Reveal
Our sweet girl is finally here and I couldn’t wait to share her adorable nursery with you! I had so much fun decorating her space and enjoyed coming up with a design that is pretty much the exact opposite of her sister Rowan’s nursery! (You can read all about her reveal here.)
Ruby’s room is actually a lofted space in our master bedroom. We do not have an extra bedroom on the second floor for her, so we decided to use this space, formerly my office, as a temporary nursery. Once she is old enough for a bed, we may either have her share with Rowan or move Ryder to the first floor. We will figure that out when the time comes. But for now, the loft will be perfect for her! Since the nursery is connected to our master bedroom, I wanted it to feel like an extension of our room and this is why I chose to decorate it with softer colors and pieces that I can continue to use up there once she is in her own room. The result is a beautiful vintage inspired nursery that feels extra fitting for her classic name. I hope she loves it as much as I do!
